I am thankful for the church everyday. I can't imagine living without it. I'm thankful for prayer, repentance, sacrament, scriptures, the plan of salvation, family home evening, primary, visiting teaching, conference, callings, service, love, sealings, endowments, friendship, revelation, blessings, baptism, missionaries, the atonement, hymns, seminary, the Holy Ghost and a living prophet (to name a few).
